Ingredients
- 250 gm potato
- 40 gm parmesan cheese
- 40 gm corn starch
- ½ tbsp dried parsley
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chicken powder
- ½ tsp pepper
Directions
- 1. Begin by cleaning and peeling the potato. Cut it into smaller pieces and then boil until fully cooked and tender. Drain the potato.
- 2. While the potato is still hot, mash it and add all the remaining ingredients.
- 3. Stir the mixture until well combined.
- 4. Take a plastic bag and place the mixture inside. Flatten it evenly to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
- 5. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes. (optional)
- 6. Open the plastic bag and cut the mixture into stick shapes, lengthwise.
- 7. Fry the sticks in hot oil until they turn golden brown.
- 8. Serve the sticks with sauce and mayonnaise if desired.
