    • Add black pepper to taste.
    • Whisk the eggs until well beaten.
  5. Assemble Egg Muffins:
    • In a muffin tray, place the ingredients:

      • 2: Kale, sausage, and Happy Valley Parmesan Shaker.
      • 3: Spinach, grape tomatoes, and Happy Valley Feta Cheese.
