- 100 grams of Happy Valley Grated Parmesan Shaker
- 450 grams of tagliatelle (bow tie pasta)
- 1 can of ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons of salted butter
- 1 small brown onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- 3 teaspoons of minced garlic
- 120 ml of white wine (or water)
- 100 grams of Swiss cheese
- Parsley for garnish

- 1. Start by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Add the bow tie pasta and a sprinkle of salt. Allow it to cook for approximately 8-10 minutes until tender.
