- 2 pork tenderloin
- 30g shredded Happy Valley Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 eggs
- 30g all-purpose flour
- 50g breadcrumbs
- Happy Valley Grated Parmesan Shaker
- ½ tsp black pepper
Directions
- Begin by slicing the pork tenderloin horizontally through the middle, creating a butterfly shape, but be sure not to cut it all the way through.
- Next, flatten the pork tenderloin and season it with a touch of salt and pepper. Layer on the shredded cheese and ham, then gently fold it in half.
- Now, coat the cheese-stuffed pork tenderloin by first dipping it in all-purpose flour, followed by a dip in the egg mixture, and finally a generous coating of breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.
- Heat the oil to medium-high temperature and fry the pork cutlet for approximately 4 minutes until the surface turns beautifully golden and crispy. Enjoy!
