Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 30 gm grated parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic mince
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 avocado
- Salt (optional)
- Parsley for garnish
Directions
- Add cracked eggs, Happy Valley grated parmesan, and garlic mince in a bowl, whisk to combine.
- Melt butter in a pan on medium heat.
- Add eggs. Using a spatula agitate the eggs to break up the curds continuously in circular motions. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with black pepper, grated parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve Immediately.
