Ingredients
- 3 potatoes
- 2 tbs salted butter, melted
- Happy Valley Burger Slices cheese (thin cheddar cheese slices)
- Happy Valley Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Italian blend herbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Place each potato between two chopsticks, cut thinly every 2-3mm without cutting all the way through the potato.
- Place the potatoes into baking dish, brush them with melted butter, and then season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the potatoes for 60 minutes or until they are tender. Remove the potatoes from oven, insert Happy Valley cheese slices into each cut, bake again for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove the potatoes from oven, sprinkle with Happy Valley Grated Parmesan cheese and Italian blend herbs, serve immediately.
