Ingredients
- 285g penne pasta
- 3 slices of bacon
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 5 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 60g baby spinach
- 100 gm panko breadcrumbs
- 350ml thickened cream
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions
- Add some salt to boiling water, cook the penne pasta until al dente, and set aside.
- Cut the bacon into 1 cm pieces and fry until crispy, then set aside.
- Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat, and cook the chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic until fully done.
- Add spinach, cherry tomatoes, cream, parmesan, and chili flakes. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in the cooked penne and crispy bacon, ensuring everything is well-coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
