Double Cheese Sausage and Bacon Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 Pizza Dough, roll into a ball, coat it with olive oil, cover, and let it rest for one hour.
- 150ml Pizza Sauce
- Olive oil
- 5 slices Happy Valley Burger Slices, cut into small squares
- 200g Happy Valley Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 2 slices smoked streaky bacon, cooked until crisp, cut into pieces
- 200g Italian sausage, sliced or crumbled, pre-cooked
- 1 medium red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1 medium yellow capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, caramelized until golden brown
- 1 Scotch Fillet steak (approx. 200g)
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 sprig thyme
- 5gm butter
- 4–5 broccolini stems, trimmed
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
2. Roll out pizza dough to your desired thickness.
3. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and spread the pizza sauce evenly.
4. Sprinkle half of the Happy Valley Mozzarella Cheese and the Burger Slices over the base.
5. Add caramelised onions in little clusters.
6. Evenly arrange sausage, bacon, and capsicum across the pizza.
7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
9. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
