- ½ red onion, thinly sliced

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 100 ml red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 120 ml olive oil
Directions
