Parmesan Garlic Crumbed Fish
This Garlic Parmesan Crumbed Fish recipe is a tasty and light dinner option. We make it more delicious by crumbling it with our Happy Valley Parmesan cheese. It also goes well with couscous salad, quinoa salad, and veggie salad. It’s also easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients
- 1 Basa fillet
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Cooking oil
- Salt and pepper
- Salad (optional)
Crumb
- 50 gr breadcrumbs
- Parsley, finely chopped
- 30gm Happy Valley Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Combine the Crumb ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper, then spread the mustard on the top of each fillet.
- Add fish into the crumb mixture. Press down firmly to make it stick.
- Add oil into frying pan, then shallow fry the fish on medium high heat until golden brown and cooked thoroughly.
- Serve with your favourite salad and sauce.
