Ingredients
- 250 gm Happy Valley Burger Slices
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 diced green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
- 1. Mince 2 garlic cloves, dice half onion brown onion and 2 medium tomatoes. Thinly slice 1 small jalapeño.
- 2. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add the diced green chilies and cook until the tomatoes are soft. Add 1 can evaporated milk and bring to a simmer.
- 3. Add the cheddar cheese and cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is thick and smooth.
- 4. Pour the dip into a serving bowl. Garnish with the remaining diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeño, and dried parsley. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
