Ingredients
- 30 gm Happy Valley Feta Cheese
- 8 Eggs
- 100 gm Baby Spinach
- 1/2 Brown Onion (diced)
- Ground black pepper and salt for seasoning
- Olive oil
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
- 2. Dice half of the brown onion.
- 3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, pepper, and salt.
- 4. On medium heat, warm olive oil in an ovenproof skillet, and saute brown onion, spinach, cook until wilted.
- 5. Add egg mixture to the skillet and sprinkle with feta cheese.
- 6. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes until the frittata is set.
