Ingredients
- 500 gm turkey mince
- 100 gm Happy Valley crumbled feta cheese
- ½ brown onion, finely chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 100 gm panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Ingredients - Greek Yoghurt Sauce
- 100 gm plain Greek style yoghurt
- Lemon juice from half lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh dill, chopped fresh parsley
- Cut half lemon into wedges for serving.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Mix turkey, brown onion, garlic, parsley, dill, panko breadcrumbs, egg, chilli flakes, salt, pepper, and Happy Valley feta cheese in a large bowl.
3. Form the mixture into meatballs.
4. Arrange meatballs in a baking tray, making sure to add some oil coat the meatballs.
5. Bake them for 20 minutes at 200°C.
6. In a bowl, combine Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, a bit of dill and parsley, and black pepper.
7. Spread the yoghurt sauce on a plate, arrange the baked meatballs on top, sprinkle with dill, parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
